Chubb Medicare Supplement rates are among the most competitive rates I currently quote for many people in southeastern Pennsylvania. Medicare Supplement policies may be issued by Insurance Company of North America (INA), a Chubb company.

Based on the quotes I currently prepare, Chubb is especially competitive for Medicare Supplement Plan N in Bucks County, Montgomery County, and the Philadelphia suburbs. Chubb Plan G rates may also compare favorably with other highly rated companies, although the lowest-priced company depends on the applicant.

Rates vary by age, ZIP code, tobacco status, gender, household discount eligibility, plan selection, and requested effective date. The rates and comparisons discussed on this page reflect information available in July 2026 and may change.

Pennsylvania applicants should also be aware that INA currently charges a one-time $25 policy fee.

What Affects Chubb Medicare Supplement Rates?

Several factors affect Chubb Medicare Supplement Rates, including:

  • Your age
  • Your ZIP code
  • Tobacco status
  • The Medicare Supplement plan you choose
  • Household discount eligibility
  • When you enroll
  • The company’s pricing method

Because these factors vary, Medicare Supplement premiums can differ significantly from one person to another.

Chubb Medicare Supplement Rates for Plan G

Chubb Medicare Supplement Plan G rates are currently competitive for many applicants in southeastern Pennsylvania.

In the Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia-area quotes I review, Chubb frequently offers one of the lowest Plan G premiums among companies rated A or better. A lower premium may occasionally be available from a lower-rated carrier, so the least expensive option is not always the strongest overall value.

Plan G benefits are standardized. Chubb Plan G provides the same core medical benefits as Plan G from another insurance company. The important differences are the premium, available discounts, financial strength, underwriting, policy fees, and future rate increases.

Chubb Plan G may be worth considering when its premium compares favorably with other financially strong companies. Current rates should always be checked using the applicant’s age, ZIP code, tobacco status, discount eligibility, and requested effective date.

Chubb Medicare Supplement Rates for Plan N

Chubb Medicare Supplement Plan N is currently one of the strongest values I see for many applicants in southeastern Pennsylvania.

In the Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Philadelphia-suburb quotes I review, Chubb frequently offers the lowest or one of the lowest Plan N premiums among financially strong Medicare Supplement companies.

Plan N generally has a lower monthly premium than Plan G. In exchange, the policyholder may pay up to a $20 copay for certain office visits and up to a $50 emergency-room copay when the visit does not result in an inpatient admission. Plan N also does not cover Medicare Part B excess charges.

Pennsylvania prohibits Medicare Part B excess charges for Medicare-covered services received within the state. Excess charges may still matter when receiving care in another state where they are permitted.

For people comfortable with the limited Plan N copays, Chubb Plan N may provide a strong combination of competitive pricing, standardized coverage, and financial strength. Current rates should always be checked using the applicant’s age, ZIP code, tobacco status, discount eligibility, and requested effective date.

Are Chubb Medicare Supplement Rates Competitive?

Chubb Medicare Supplement rates should be compared with other companies using the same plan letter, age, ZIP code, tobacco status, household discount, and effective date.

In the southeastern Pennsylvania quotes I currently review, Chubb is often strongest on Plan N. Its Plan G rates are also competitive for many applicants, particularly when compared with other companies rated A or better.

The lowest-priced company can vary from one applicant to another. A carrier with the lowest rate in Bucks County may not have the lowest rate in Montgomery County or Philadelphia, and rates can change over time.

Price should not be the only consideration. Financial strength, underwriting, household discounts, policy fees, customer service, and rate history should also be reviewed.

INA currently charges a one-time $25 policy fee on Pennsylvania Medicare Supplement applications. That fee should be included when comparing the total first-year cost with other companies.

Why Do Medicare Supplement Rates Differ?

Many Medicare beneficiaries are surprised to learn that Medicare Supplement benefits are standardized.

A Plan G from Chubb generally provides the same Medicare benefits as a Plan G from another insurance company.

The differences usually involve:

  • Monthly premium
  • Household discounts
  • Pricing strategy
  • Customer service
  • Long-term rate history
